Skills Required

Job Description

We are looking for a .Net developer to build software using languages and technologies of the .NET framework. You will create applications from scratch, configure existing systems and provide user support.


In this role, you should be able to write functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defects. You should be a team player and excellent communicator. If you are also passionate about the .NET framework and software design/architecture, we’d like to meet you.


Your goal will be to work with internal teams to design, develop and maintain software.


  • Responsibilities
    • Participate in requirements analysis
    • Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
    • Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
    • Test and deploy applications and systems
    • Revise, update, refactor and debug code
    • Improve existing software
    • Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
    • Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support


  • Requirements
    • Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer
    • Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
    • Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
    • Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)

Summary Job Description

The employee’s job duties fall broadly into the following categories:

Technical Leadership

As a lead person, the employee:

  1. Does due diligence as far as analysis and design of any projects they undertake or being suggested by management.
  2. Owns technological solutions to implement designs made for our customers, including he should be able to guide:
    1. Content management.
    2. Content publication, web hosting.
    3. translation and localization management.
    4. automation of repetitive tasks.
    5. tooling for contributors.
  3. Owns solutions to support MIPL business strategy and service delivery, including:
    1. Manages work flows and set up for new projects.
    2. Security, both internal and on customer projects.
    3. Reporting, internal and to customers.
    4. Automation in all areas.
    5. Platforms we deliver to number of customers, for future solutions.
    6. Tech stack: Azure Devops, C#, Android, react native, MS SQL are few basics

  4. Co – Creates and implements short and long-term strategy in terms of technological growth.
  5. Leads the implementation and support of technological solutions.
  6. Works with other MIPL team member to deliver services within their function
  7. Ensures that MIPL staff have the necessary software and that it is up to date

  1. Removes all technological obstacles from business operations
